We can bending of iron, stainless steel, aluminum plate and wire rod, and spot welding, argon welding and semi-automatic welding. We are making a variety of products such as baskets stove of grid for toasting fish by the technology.

We have an automatic spot turntable carrying 2 units the spot welding machine 300KVA. (Spot, correct the warpage, cut, texture processing, press line (20t))
We can be spot welding the grid for toasting fish about 5,000 sheets when we are running 8 hours.

We can manufacture about 10,000 sheets per day net of 300mm x 300mm.

・We are promoting the 5S in-house.
*5S is the name of a workplace organization methodology that uses five Japanese words. These Japanese words have been converted in English to Sorting, Setting-in-Order, Shining, Standardizing and Sustaining the Discipline.
"Sorting" means to keep only essential items and eliminate things not required.
"Set-in-Order" means there should be a place for everything and everything should be in its place. And the places should be easily accessible.
"Shining" means to clean the workspace and all equipment, and keep it clean.
"Standardizing" means to maintain the Sorting, Setting-in-Order and Shining.
