- Because the products to be plated are downsized and the shape becomes diversified, it is difficult to handle with general-purpose plating system, so it is ideal to process with the specialized equipment for each product. We specialize in chip parts (semiconductors, capacitors, resistors, LEDs etc.) and develop and manufacture plating system dedicated to each product that reflects customer's needs.
Our company has 12 employees. We have labor-saving and miniaturization technologies that other companies can not do, and we have delivered a lot of deliveries of wafer plating system and exterior plating system. We have technological capability to respond to customers' requests (fully automated, clean room compliant etc) by patents and know-how acquired for plating for 40 years in our foundation.
