*We have reduced the number of parts used in gas fan heater combustion units from 70 to 50. Process reductions, automation and parts passing utilizing the characteristics of the press (uniform quality, manufacturing efficiency improvements, etc.) have achieved a high level of precision and are contributing to a zero level of defective products.

*Die-cast gas shutoff valves are transferred from the machining process to the press process, and a level of flash less than 0.05m/m, concentricity less than 0.05m/m, surface flatness less than 0.05m/m, and surface roughness at 12.5S is achieved. Using our servo press we are able to produce a stable supply of two million units per year.
*Die-cast gas shutoff valves are transferred from the machining process to the highly-demanding press process, and a level of flash less than 0.05m/m, concentricity less than 0.05m/m, surface flatness less than 0.05m/m, and surface roughness at 12.5S is achieved. Using our servo press we are able to produce a stable supply of two million units per year.
*Using warm forming we have succeeded in pressing and bending magnesium alloy plates, a type of material said to be difficult to process.
*The speed and positioning of the cutter on our 150 ton servo press can be set arbitrarily, as can the pressure and other settings. The machine's strengths are in its special specifications, as it possesses both passing and pressing functionalities. This reduces processes and manufacturing costs in areas such as the number of dies required.
