- We manufacture a number of important safety-related parts including automobile parts, construction machinery and hydraulic parts. Our products offer excellent quality.
- In 1994 we introduced a 3D CAD system, and in 2004 we introduced flow volume and coagulation analysis. By performing such analyses it becomes possible to ensure defect-free product manufacturing from the planning stage, and it is also possible to make recommendations. In terms of material quality, we manufacture ductile cast iron (nodular graphite cast iron/FCD) and austempered nodular graphite cast iron (FCAD).
- We have business relationships with a number of major Kansai enterprises including the JTEKT Corporation, Kubota Corporation, KPM K.K, Mitsubishi Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd., J. Morita Corporation, and Daikin Industries, Ltd.
- Quality is determined by the environment inside and outside of the factory.
- From the Materials Process Technology Center we have received a "Best Environment Factory" commendation.
We have received a commerce and industry-related commendation from the Osaka Prefectural Governor.
